These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website located at www.hustlamindset.co (the "Site"), owned and operated by The Hustla Mindset Collective ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before using our services. 5. Pricing and Payments

All prices displayed on the Site are in GBP (British Pounds) and include VAT (if applicable). We accept payments via Mastercard and Visa credit cards, PayPal and a couple others available at checkout. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount for your order.

If your order involves shipping outside the UK, additional customs or import duties may apply, which you are responsible for paying.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 5-7 business days of receiving them. However, shipping times are estimates, and we are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as carrier delays. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

7. Returns and Refunds

Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods (the "cooling-off period"), without providing any reason. To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us within the 14-day period, and we will refund the price you paid for the goods, including standard delivery charges, once we receive the returned goods.

8. Intellectual Property
