1. Delivery Timeframes

UK: 2–3 Business Days

Europe: 4–7 Business Days

Worldwide: 7–12 Business Days

Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Couriers may experience delays during peak seasons, customs checks, or other unforeseen circumstances.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24 hours.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

3. Carriers We Use

UK: Royal Mail

International: Royal Mail, DPD or DHL Express

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes, depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are not included in the shipping fee and must be paid by the customer.

Hustla Mindset is not responsible for:

- Customs delays

- Additional import fees

- Parcels held due to unpaid duties

  • We recommend checking your country’s import costs before placing an order.

Orders returned back to us due to unpaid duties may result in a 2.5% handling fee. 

5. Incorrect Addresses & Missed Deliveries

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or missed delivery attempts, a reshipping fee may apply.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a parcel has been handed to the courier, it becomes their responsibility.

If your package is lost, stolen, or significantly delayed, we will assist in opening an investigation with the courier.

Refunds or replacements can only be issued once the courier confirms the parcel as lost.
