Every piece we release is crafted with intention and high standards. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right. Please read the policy below before requesting a return or exchange.

Returns

14-Day Window If you purchased online, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return for a refund. To start a return, email: info@hustlamindset.co

Include your name, order number, and reason for return - Photo evidence (if faulty) We aim to respond within 1–2 working days. Returned items must be: * Unworn * Unwashed * In original condition * In original packaging * Return shipping costs: *

The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty * Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Non-Returnable Items We cannot accept returns or exchanges on: * Gift cards * Items returned worn, washed, stained, or damaged by the customer * Items returned without original packaging.

Important Notes: * Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. * We do not offer refunds for shipping fees unless the item is faulty. * Items lost due to incorrect address entry by the customer are not eligible for refund or replacement.
